10th National Competition for Aid to Business Creation of Innovative Technologies

The Ministry of Higher Education and Research is launching the 10th event of the National Competition for Aid to Business Creation of Innovative Technologies.
As from 1st December 2007, the participation files are available on the internet sites of the Ministry for Higher Education and Research, the National Research Agency, Oséo, as well as the regional delegations for Research and Technology (RDRT) and the Oséo regional divisions.
The participation files can be lodged up to Thursday 31st January 2008 at the Oséo regional divisions (except for the French Overseas Departments: at the RDRT).
For the 2008 version, the Ministry of Higher Education and Research has chosen to open the competition to the firms created since 30th June 2007. They will be able to compete in the “creation/development” category.
2 categories of projects can in this way be represented:
the “emerging” projects, still needing a maturing and technical, legal and economic validation phase, which can benefit from a grant of a maximum amount of 45000 € to finance the services provided necessary for this gestation,
the “creation/development” projects, where proof of the concept is already established and which have or will give rise to a creation in a short-term; they can benefit from a grant of a maximum amount of 450000€ designed to help finance a part of their innovation programme.
