Innovact proposes a complete range of products to make your involvement cost-effective:

- The exhibition space
Organized around the young firms and innovative projects presenting their innovation, the space displays the potential partners of these entrepreneurs, the experts, consultants and investors.
To be an exhibitor, and depending on your profile – expert, YIE, investor…, you opt for a "development formula" integrating in a complete package: a stand, the business meetings, the conferences and the access to all Innovact services dedicated to your profile…


- The business meetings
The participants registered in this service propose as many appointments as they wish to other participants, while consulting the profiles of each one.
This service is designed for all the Innovact contributor profile: innovative entrepreneurs, experts, accessory structures, investors, partners...
The encounters take place, depending on the choice of the applicant, on his stand or on the "business appointment" space.
These business appointments are planned on the principle of the double proviso: each request for a meeting accepted or refused by the person required.
Each participant will have his individual planning before the event. A business book is handed to each of the participants in the event, at the business meeting reception.
In 2006, at the time of the last Innovact version, 1524 appointments were organized, i.e an average of 6 per personalized planning.


- The Capital Forum - March, 19th
Access to the capital forum is made on application.
This Forum is the occasion for the enterprises and the projects selected to present their project to a panel of investors in the first part of the day(VC, business angels, regional and public investment funds, banks…) and then meet them individually on their booths, and to find perhaps the funds needed for their development.
The businesses which wish to participate have to fill up their file so as to facilitate the investors, in addition to the public prestation in the morning, in the selection of the enterprises and projects to meet in the afternoon, in keeping with their needs and objectives.


- The Finance Information Village - March, 18th
This free-access space is to be found on the exhibition space and proposes consultations to be planned in-situ (within the limits of available slots) with experts in financing who will help you to reposition your project and pick out the best financing schemes and the methods to be followed to attract the appropriate financiers.
Therefore, you will be able to identify the most appropriate financing schemes (business angels, VC, investment funds or banks...), and prepare to to meet investors and/or financiers in the best way.


- The Entrepreneurs’ College - March, 18th : share of experience and self-evaluation
This college is made up of modules organized around 3 leading themes, essential in the process of business creation: marketing/sales, management and financing.
These modules of 2 hours each, involve not only 2 or 3 experts, but also a similar number of entrepreneurs who will comment on their experience, and illustrate the advice of the specialists with their own track record. For these modules, the young innovative enterprises present will be called upon to prepare their self-evaluation, using the tools prepared by investors. Their analysis will be validated in the course of these 3 modules.


- The coaching sessions - March, 19th, scheduled for the 2nd day, are proposed as an option for the College, and will help the entrepreneurs to plan the actions for improvement, as a priority in their development.
This service is reserved for a selection of entrepreneurs on the proviso of the registration file, and is subject to an extra payment for these businesses.
The coaching sessions follow the theme modules of the first day and help the entrepreneurs selected to compile a “road map” in the development of their enterprise. These sessions involve an investor (the coach) and a single entrepreneur selected, incited to prepare beforehand for this discussion (about 2 hours work, of which a 1 hour exchange with the coach).


- "Good conduct" workshops
These 30 minute workshops organized within the Exhibition space, will tackle very precise and practical subjects, orientated towards legal practice, management or creation.


- The Entrepreneur Pitch
These are entrepreneur pitches, based on selection also.
These pitches will facilitate the presentation of about twenty young innovative enterprises selected live on the tv-platform, in 3/4 minutes each.
They are arranged in theme sessions of 15 minutes each.


- Innovact Trophy
This trophy is organized in partnership with the Petites Affiches Matot-Braine, the Biscuits Fossier and Multeam.
It is intended for the YIE registered as exhibitor.
A special panel will base their judgment on the registration files and a possible encounter with the team during Innovact to nominate the entrepreneur chosen to receive a prize of 6000€ and consulting days offered with the Multeam partner, at the end of the 2nd day before closing time.


- The Major Debate - March, 18th
More information in January.
The Major Debate will this year again call upon entrepreneurs known and less known who will share their experience with the YIE and Innovact participants.


- The European Hopes for Innovation - March, 18th
The European Hopes for Innovation is organized in partnership with the AEF and its support ORS, L’Etudiant, L’Express and L’Expansion.fr, with the support of the European Commission, the EFMD and the International Association of Universities.
This competition is open to students and researchers at European universities and grandes écoles, with an innovative project.
The 30 pre-selected files will be presented to a panel of professionals who will meet on Tuesday 18th March in Reims during Innovact. The prize giving will be held in the course of the forum the day after, Wednesday 19th March. The presence of the candidates at Innovact will also be a way of placing them in the forefront for having shown imagination and innovation. For the Promising Candidates, 6 000 € is to be won.


- Visibility tools in the event and related to the Trade Fair.
To maximize the spin-offs of your presence at Innovact, we propose different tools to communicate through Innovact. During the forum, remain visible and present with our communication tools – the business book, the bag given on the way in, the web site,…




Observation: all the selections planned for certain "YIE" services like the Entrepreneurs College coaching sessions, the capital forum, the Entrepreneur moment or the Trophy, are based on criteria such as the product or service and its level of innovation, its competitive advantages, interests and positioning of the file, the team, the development perspective...
