The CCIRE offers you the option of receiving one or more newsletters after taking out a simple free subscription. However, in order to unsubscribe, pursuant to the provisions of the law of 06 January 1978, you are entitled to the right of access, withdrawal and rectification with the CCIRE’s services (Telephone: +33 (0)3 26 50 62 50), or directly on the page on the site corresponding thereto.

The reproduction and/or imitation and/or representation and/or redissemination of all or part of the Internet site in an electronic medium of any kind is formally prohibited unless expressly agreed to the contrary.
The information transmitted to the visitor is done so on a personal basis only and with a view to strictly personal use. Failure to abide by such provision is likely to constitute an act of counterfeit invoking the civil and criminal liability of the offending party.

The name, "INNOVACT, the European forum for innovative growth companies", "RHEIMS AND EPERNAY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY", the domain names, www.innovact.com, www.innovact.eu and www.innovact.fr, and the INNOVACT and CCIRE logos are trademarks registered by the CCIRE or, failing that, by the Assembly of French Chambers of Commerce and Industry. Other trademarks may be mentioned: they are nonetheless done so with the express authorisation of their owner or, failing that, as a simple indication of products or services offered by the CCIRE to its visitors. The reproduction and/or imitation and/or representation and/or redissemination of such trademarks without having obtained authorisation from the CCIRE or from their respective owner constitutes an act of counterfeit.

The installation of a hypertext link to the site, www.innovact.com, requires the prior authorisation of the CCIRE. If such is the case, it is possible to contact the CCIRE’s services. The installation of such a link subsequent to authorisation may be valid in various media with the exception of those disseminating information of a political, religious, pornographic or xenophobic nature or which may offend the sensibilities of a majority of users or which contravene prevailing legal provisions. In this respect, the CCIRE reserves the right to oppose any link put in place without its authorisation which may be detrimental to its image, its activities, its values, its reputation or its standing.
The installation of an INNOVACT or CCIRE logo – associated with a hypertext link – requires the prior express authorisation of the CCIRE. In practice, the technical installation of such a logo requires on the one hand compliance with a graphic charter but also, on the other hand, the approval of a specific graphic positioning. If you wish to put such a graphic medium in place, you must go to the appropriate area on the site.

Neither the CCIRE nor the members of the network of chambers of commerce and industry may be held responsible for direct or indirect damages or, in particular, material prejudice, the loss of data or programs or financial prejudice, resulting from access to or use of the CCIRE’s site or of any site linked thereto. The content of the site is presented with no guarantee of any kind whatsoever. Law Applicable
This site is subject to the provisions of French interior law. The default language of the site is the French language. Other languages may nonetheless be offered for informative purposes. In the event of litigation, the French courts alone shall be competent.
Update of the Site
The site is regularly updated by the CCIRE. Likewise, the legal information may be amended at any time: it is nonetheless binding upon the Internet user, who is invited to refer thereto as often as possible in order to take cognisance thereof.
