Discover the laureates of the 10th Innovact Campus Awards
For the 10th edition, the Innovact Campus Awards received more than very professional applications from 28 European countries, especially from East European. 42 projects were selected - 25 from France - for the last part of the competition. The project carriers particpated in Innovact, the 27th and 28th of March to present their projects to the peers, the audience, some professionals who can be investors, and the selection committee.

The Awards ceremony took place in Reims on March 28 :
1st prize – 5.000 euros - to OCallaghan Kieran John, from Cork Institute of Technology (Irland), for VisionRE™ project
VisionRE is an innovative system to improve independance of partially sighted persons and to give self-confidence during moving.
2nd prize – 1.500 euros - to Thibaud Arnault from EPITA (France) for WEBSHELL project
Webshell is a new computing language to allow developers to make web and mobile applications in 10 minutes instead of 10 days.
3rd prize – 1.500 euros - to Modeo Salvatore from Salento university (Italy) for MRS project - Material Recovery System
MRS is an electromechanical system to select and salvage the waste of the empty room (thermal evaporation) to maintain evaporation.
Special prize from the Jeune Chambre Economique Française – 500 euros - to Jean-Mathieu Ivorra-Micaelli, Manoël Grand et Martin Christolomme from Institut d’optique (France) for Ulysse project
Creation of the first rigid disposable endoscope allowing a 3D vision.
The selection committee composed of professionals (heads of companies, journalists, scientists) will reward the candidates who - whatever the product or activity - show imagination as creators
For ten years, the Innovact Campus Awards have, with the support of the European Commission, enabled young students to implement their projects at European level. The aim of this European competition is to reward new and challenging projects of students or young researchers.
